Happy New Year Ashley! I made resolutions last year and didn't do so good on some of them. Ü

This year, I hope to have more cards on hand that I can send right away. I'm really bad about that.

Happy New Year! Great video.
My New Years Resolution is to focus. I seem to start things and get side track, which takes me longer to get anything done. Thanks for a chance at this awesome stamp set.

My resolution is to do what I love (make cards), be thankful for what I have (friends & family) and to work hard to acheive my goals. I do hope that all your resolutions do come true. My first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 14 wks. I now have two beautiful and healthy girls who I am very thankful for.

Carol B said...

Ashley,
I'm very sorry about your loss. I lost my first pregnancy too, at 12 wks. I now have 2 happy, healthy, often-sassy but always delightful pre-teens, so I wish you all the luck in the world for you and your husband in starting your family. Time does heal, it really does!

My resolution is simple - to be the best ME I can be.

Best wishes for a happy, healthy '09!

Cute, cute, cute set!!!!!! I'd love to win it, but I never win anything.

I don't normally make resolutions, but this year I plan to be more eco-friendly. I figure it couldn't hurt me or the environment to take an extra minute to think about how my actions effect the world around me both big and small.

Ashley,

Happy New Year!

Thank you for sharing your video with us. I am so sorry for your loss and wish you the best in 2009.

Resolutions are tough--I never end up sticking to them! Anyway, for this year I did promise myself I would post more often on my blog. I average once a week, so I would like to shoot for twice a week!

My 2009 goals are:

Read through the Bible in 2009 - I've done it several times before, so I can do it again, right?

Stamp more, and be on the computer less (that's a big one!).

Lose a bunch of weight - eat healthy and do some exercise!

Hi Ashley!

My New Years resolutions are to spend more quality time with my kids, and to do as many card challenges as possible! It seems like I am always with my kids, but we never 'do' quality, memory-making stuff together, so I am going to work on that diligently! And, I always write down the challenges, but never actually participate in them. So my motto is 'DO IT'!
Blessings to you,
Sherrie Conner

Hi Ashley, I love that you are open about talking about your loss. I also lost a baby and I was just under 6 months pregnant at the time. He passed right before he was born (we knew he was going to die before or right after he was born) and I got to hold him for a few minutes. I will treasure those moments always and it was a moment that shaped who I am today in every way. I am blessed to now have 2 daughters but I still think all the time about my only son- he would have been 13 this year. By sharing openly I have been able to comfort others going through their situation who felt they had no one to talk to, no one who would understand. By being open with our loss we can reach those who grieved silently without knowing there are arms who can hold them and empathize with how they are feeling.
I adore your fairies line. I am a huge fairy collector and can't wait to own them.
My new years resolution is to find balance. It covers so many areas of my life and I look forward to making my relationships stronger by finding this balance. Including those I make online with my fellow stampin sistas!
love hugs and kisses, andrea

I have chosen to resolve to loose the extra weight this year. I am really tired of taxiing it around and I want to feel good too. Thanks for sharing your video!

Wow you are a brave woman and thank you for sharing. I have resolved to lose the extra pounds this year.

I haven't really made resolutions this year as I never keep them. So instead I will try to be more organised and then maybe I will have more time to do the things I keep promising both to my family(quality time together) and myself (more crafting and more challenges).
I wish everyone a Happy 2009 and may all our wishes and dreams come true.
Hugs Sue x

Great video! What an awesome idea to log your hopes and goals! My New Year's resolution is to be a BETTER mother to my daughter - to be more aware - to help her grow and experience things, and to not let the daily grind get in the way - which is sometimes and often difficult to do.

Additonally, I'd love to catch up on my scrapbook, keep my house clean, shed a few pounds, eat healthier (as I nibble on chocolate!), be more active, remove debt.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. May 2009 bring you many blessings.

My resolultion is to continue to be a active artist and try to inspire as many people as possible before I no longer can.

Hi Ashley,
My resolution is to be in the Word more and grow so close to God that when people look at me they see Jesus.
and for the stampin side it is to clean up after myself meaning put things away because I have a scrap room I am tempted to just close the door all the time and not put things away so I don't hve to get them out again

Hi Ashley. Your blog is great and Treehouse Stamps is getting some wonderful stuff! In addition to the usual lose weight/exercise more resolutions, I want to declutter my life! My house, work, mind, etc. Clutter of any kind just slows you down. Also hope to get a blog going within the next week and start stamping more.

Happy New Year! Its overwhelming trying to decide on a resolution. I get tired of saying my resolution is to lose weight though. I'm still going to do it but more importantly is my family. So my resolution for 2009 is to provide a healthier lifestyle for my girls and to find some way to contribute to our household income. Going back to work isn't an option but I'd like to do something I love while making money. Not sure what that is yet but I'm going to figure it out once and for all! Thanks for the chance to win that awesome stamp set!
